LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the office runs smoothly by providing comprehensive administrative support. Key duties include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be tasked with maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, filing documents, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage schedules and appointments
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • File documents and maintain an organized filing system
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
  • 3 years of experience in a corporate office setting
Working Hours:
  • Onsite
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
