Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documents, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with vendors to collect and update compliance information.
- Assist with year-end follow-up tasks, ensuring records are up to date.
- Perform accurate data entry into customer websites and company systems.
- Communicate with customers primarily via email, with occasional phone support.
- Update and maintain records in Excel and the ERP system.
- Support general administrative tasks, helping the team stay organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of corporate administrative experience
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred not required
