Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate communications for Directors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and follow-up.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
- Perform basic financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage and organize data, including data entry and database management.
- Draft professional emails, reports, and other business communications.
- Provide strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels, arranging ground transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
Essential Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and internet/web applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions independently.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and clients.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting project teams with planning, execution, and tracking deliverables.
- Ability to assist with the organization of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and expense tracking to assist with financial reporting.
- Skilled in conducting research and gathering information to support team projects.
Work Environment
Work on-site in Dearborn, MI, Monday to Friday. The role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on supporting innovative teams.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
