Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Aide to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately record and apply customer payments from various sources (checks, credit cards, ACH, etc.)
  • Statement Management: Generate and distribute statements accurately, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collections: Proactively follow up on past-due accounts, communicating with clients to facilitate timely payments.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly accounts receivable reports.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and organized records within our accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay Rate:
  • $20 based on experience and knowledge
  • This is a part-time position with 16 hours a week - Tuesday & Thursday
