Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our partnership with a local university located in Dayton, OH. Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of paid experience as an administrative assistant
  • Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $16.52/hr.

Essential Functions:
  • Conceptualizing, planning, and directing activities related to office management and academic support, including recruiting, public relations, communication, and community engagement.
  • Serve as the unit's primary contact for questions and inquiries from campus and the community.
  • Supports the College's mission by maintaining a standard of excellence for the unit, consistent with university policies, procedures, and best practices.
