Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Support the owner and VP with all admin duties.

Strong Management skills.

Manage the office and support the sales team.

Write bids and respond to questions.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft office.

Experience with AI.

Support software integration.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
