Position: Administrative Assistant - HR & Quality Control Support Location: DFW Airport - Rental Car Center Unica Enterprises is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant to support both HR and quality control functions at the DFW Airport Rental Car Center custodial contract. This position is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective workforce management, and compliance with both internal and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources & Administrative Support: - Support full-cycle HR processes: hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping, including reviewing and submitting timesheets
- Coordinate employee badging process and airport security documentation
- Organize and track employee training and certifications
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager
Quality Control Duties: - Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager in conducting routine quality inspections throughout the facility
- Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager in documenting deficiencies and work with supervisors to correct issues promptly
- Maintain inspection logs and assist with performance reporting
- Follow up on customer complaints and help ensure service levels are met
- Assist in preparing for audits or site evaluations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR role (custodial/facilities industry preferred)
- Familiarity with quality control practices in a service environment is a plus
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software
- Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
Schedule & Compensation: - Full-time: 40 hours/week
- $22.80/hour
- Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility based on operational needs
