We're looking for a reliable
Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role includes handling deliveries, preparing new hire kits, managing office supplies, and assisting with internal events and vendor coordination.
Key Duties: - Receive and ship packages/mail
- Assemble and distribute onboarding kits
- Order office supplies and submit facility requests
- Support employee events and office logistics
- Communicate with couriers, vendors, and staff
- Provide general admin support as needed
Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior admin or office support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong communication, organization, and time management
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move packages with a cart.
