ADMINISTRATIVE Assistant
- Answer Incoming Calls
- Sign for packages
- Greet Visitors/VIPs
- Assist with Sign In/Out Sheet
- Mail Invoices/ Distribute Mail
ACCOUNTING
- Enter Purchase Orders into SAP (Maintenance, Freight)
- Receive Purchase Orders into SAP
- Scan Invoices for Payment to Customers
- Make collection calls when necessary
- Filing of Invoices and payables
- Change Tape (Daily)
- Review BOL's and sales orders for processing
- Email Invoices to Customers
- Assist with Billing
- Backup on Billing, Daily Reports, and weekly reports (KPI)
- Assist with SBD cash applications
- Order Office Supplies
- Any Data Entry required to assist Controller.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Run Bookings Report
- Enter Releases
- Filing
- Scanning/Make Copies
- Pull Cards for Orders
- Laminate/Receive Tooling Orders
- Enter Purchase Orders into SAP(Non-Corr/Tooling)
- Receive BOL'S
- Check Orders (Pricing, Qty, Dates, Machine)
- Any Data Entry required to assist Customer Service
Education/ experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred candidates have:
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical skills required:
Application knowledge of computer data entry
Application knowledge of products and production processes
Proficient in word and excel
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear, stand, and sit. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job in the plant, the employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the plant work environment is usually loud.
