The role of part-time legal administrative assistant is located in Cranberry and will work in the office from 10-2 Mon to Fri.
JOB DUTIES
The duties of the position include, however are not limited to, the following:
Serving as office receptionist, answering telephone calls, scheduling client meetings, and ordering and stocking supplies;
Office work consistent with the typical duties of an administrative assistant, including printing, scanning, and mailing, which may include travel to the Post Office during business hours;
Drafting letters, pleadings, briefs, and estate planning documents as requested;
Traveling to and/or filing documents in local courthouses; and
Entering billing information into the billing software, and handling all matters related to client billing.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to manage projects, follow through on assignments and manage deadlines;
- High degree of initiative, attention to detail and accuracy and timeliness;
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish positive relationships at all levels;
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deal with time sensitive issues in an effective manner
