Experience: 1- 2 years related experience.

Compensation: $17-$19 based on experience.

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Our company has grown significantly over the past several years and expects continued strong growth over the next two years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide administrative support for HR/Business Manager and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide light bookkeeping support to accounting team.
  • Maintaining appropriate filing systems.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll.
  • Process new hires.
  • Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and packages.
  • Update and maintain office documents to include but not limit to contractor and vendor contacts, lease documents, licenses, and insurance.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Skills:
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
