Job Overview

The Finance Administrative Assistant at North Bend Medical Center will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Finance, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Director of Finance with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain financial documents, reports, and correspondence. Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed appropriately.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director of Finance and other departments, external partners, and stakeholders. Handle incoming and outgoing communications promptly and professionally.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Data Management: Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of financial data. Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
  • Project Assistance: Support the Director of Finance in various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Office Management: Oversee the general office operations within the Finance Department, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance or healthcare setting.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
