The Job/What You'll Do: The person in this position will report directly to and support, the Senior Vice President, Head of Client Growth, along with two additional officers within the Client Business Growth team, as well as their teams.
This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: - Heavy calendar management/scheduling of managers with internal teams, external partners and vendors, and clients; coordinate meetings via on-site, video, and teleconferencing
- Create or edit documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) applications
- Organize special projects, domestic and international travel arrangements as well as process related expense reporting using Concur
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and/or vendor meetings as appropriate, both in-person and virtually
- Coordinate department meetings, including collection and preparation of presentation materials
- Professionally handle highly confidential material and information
- Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely response
- Maintain the collaboration and culture within the team by way of organizing team events/celebrations as well as recognizing important milestones
- Consistently display energy, enthusiasm, optimism, and a positive attitude
- Serve as back-up support to the Chief Financial officer, as needed
- Ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to work independently with minimal direction and accept ownership of tasks
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and perform all other duties as assigned by sub-segment leader
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office to include: PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain, at all times, the highest level of confidentiality and ambiguity
- Ability to deal with people and situations diplomatically and professionally
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing combined with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education & Experience: - 2-5 years working in an administrative assistant/coordinator capacity
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $36.00-41.00/hour.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
