Position Summary: We are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. This role will support our leadership team, employees, and clients by handling daily administrative responsibilities and ensuring office operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
- Answer and route phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Draft, format, and distribute correspondence including emails, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems, contact lists, and office records
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and support scheduling needs
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and supplies are stocked
- Submit and track expense reports and invoices
- Provide support to visitors and team members as needed
- Help update and enforce office policies and procedures
Requirements Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in the construction, petroleum, or related industries is a plus
