Job Summary
We are hiring a Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with agents, serving as a liaison between agencies and insurance carriers, while supporting our business partners with administrative and customer service excellence. If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy multitasking, and excel in administrative coordination, this position offers the perfect blend of front-office engagement and behind-the-scenes support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage calls through a multi-line online phone system, ensuring seamless communication with agents and customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to support the business and agent operations.
  • Update, maintain , and research agent data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with department-wide coordination of projects.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.) proficiently to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all tasks to support accuracy and consistency across operations.

Primary Skills & Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding support with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in writing.
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant applications.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when updating records and handling administrative tasks.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to assist across departments with various tasks and projects.
  • CRM Experience (Preferred): Ability to navigate and maintain agent data in a Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external agents.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges to support agent business operations.
  • Reception & Front Office Support: Comfortable managing front desk responsibilities and directing inquiries.
