The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support throughout the organization to include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Reports to the Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities and Duties: (included but not limited to)
- Answers telephones and transfers to appropriate staff members.
- Meets and greets clients and visitors.
- Creates and modifies letters and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to emailing, scanning, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
- Demonstrates a professional image in-person and through phone interaction, while working as a team with the administrative staff.
- Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Signs for and distributes mail and packages.
- Coordinates and maintains records for staff meeting space.
- Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences.
- Maintains and stocks kitchen and office supplies.
- Supports staff in assigned project-based work.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
- Always presents a neat and professional appearance.
- Valid Driver's License.
