Sociaxe is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and take accurate meeting minutes
- Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize emails and calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with personal and professional errands as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Monitor tasks and follow up to ensure completion
- Support project coordination and task tracking
Qualifications Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
