An Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with office events.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); excellent organisational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
