POSITION OVERVIEW The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative work in support of active fund engagement coordination, as well as assisting Fund Management team members in the development and implementation of special projects, group conference and marketing coordination.
This position will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining Microsoft Outlook calendars
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for engagements
- Prepare and submit expense reimbursement requests using Workplace Expense System
- Completing industry and business research
- Answer and screen general phone lines for the team
- Occasional data collection and editing for presentations in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Provide administrative back-up support to CEO, Head of Investment Banking
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of experience in administrative support
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Demonstration of excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel and Microsoft Office.
