We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business processes for our clients across various industries.
Duties
Coordinate and manage operational activities and administrative tasks
Research information and compile data for reports and presentations
Assist with document management, organization, and filing systems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
Process information requests and prepare responses
Test websites and applications, documenting any issues discovered
Support implementation of marketing and operational campaigns
Maintain and update operational databases and spreadsheets
Assist with preparation of regular status reports
Perform market research and competitive analysis as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices.
Experience in event planning is a plus but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
