Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hilton Head, SC 29928

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: Office Hours (Mon - Sat) 8am to 5pm Time Subject to Change

Company Overview: A Short Term Vacation Rental Company, situated on the South End of Hilton Head, is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This locally owned company values experience and is eager to welcome a new member to their close-knit team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer and owner relations, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Handle reservations, email correspondence, and scheduling with various vendors
  • Conduct out-of-office fieldwork, such as property inspections, inventory management, and deliveries
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in property management software, computer literacy (including Office 365 and Excel), and a positive attitude are highly valued
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
  • While a property manager's license or real estate sales license is preferred, it is not mandatory
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reside on Hilton Head or within a 20-minute drive to the South End of Hilton Head
