We're in search of an organized, professional real estate executive assistant to serve as the main point of contact. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, processing files and transactions, frequent use of real estate technology systems, and marketing. • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests
• Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records and buying office supplies
• Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and the clientele
• Manage client relationships with a focus on top-notch customer service
• Directly support the agent with administrative duties
• Manage all transactions from beginning to end
• Coordinate and implement social media presence and advertising
• Assist with community outreach and events
• Display great communication and problem-solving skills
• Consistently and properly represent the team's brand and values Qualifications:
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
• 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
• Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
• Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
• Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, and able to troubleshoot common issues
• Proficiency in Canva, Word, Excel, Google Suite, Social Media, and use of Contact Management Systems
• A willingness to cultivate and implement systems to contribute to team growth
• Have exceptional attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
