Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We&re seeking a detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantto support a fast-paced Owner Solutions department. This team handles high-priority and high-risk vehicle arbitration and accident cases. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of working efficiently to meet tight deadlines with absolute accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact automotive retailers via phone and email to gather and confirm repair orders.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Transpose vehicle repair data into spreadsheets in chronological order.
- Ensure all data entry is error-free, as documents may be subject to legal review.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - no room for mistakes.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Comfortable using a laptop, multiple screens, and entering data into spreadsheets.
- Prior experience in administrative, legal, or claims-related roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
