CMS Home Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team. This role will enable our agents to focus more on selling real estate by taking on back-end and daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who embodies our team's dedication to excellence. Compensation:
• Salary Range is: $50,000-$60,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Growth Opportunities Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the owner across business and personal areas as needed.
• Screen and direct phone calls; handle correspondence and communication.
• Respond to requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare and assist in producing reports, presentations, and briefs.
• Assist in maintaining and managing systems for lead generation, database management, information tracking, and office support.
• Develop and maintain an updated operations manual documenting procedures and standards.
• Support contract and document management, ensuring timely and accurate handling from start to finish.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure smooth and client-focused processes.
• Manage client interactions and ensure exceptional client care.
• Oversee and grow the business's social media presence through content creation, engagement, and consistent posting.
• Assist with marketing tasks, including event planning, graphic design, and client engagement strategies.
• Help ensure clients receive a positive and memorable experience.
• Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Track and manage expenses, assist in creating budgets, and maintain financial organization.
• Support lead management efforts and follow-up activities.
• Assist in marketing efforts for listings, team promotions, and business initiatives via social media and other platforms.
• (Eventually) Support hiring, onboarding, and maintaining accountability for team members. Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and proficient with the latest office tools, applications, and systems; able to adapt to new technologies quickly.
Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects calmly under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills , including strong oral and written communication abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Customer service focus , with a solutions-driven and client-centric attitude.
Learning-oriented and growth mindset , continuously seeking ways to improve.

Real estate license is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable and effective working with strong personalities.

• A proactive, "CAN and WILL DO" attitude, willing to take on any task to support the team and help operations run smoothly. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
