Due to continued growth, we are looking for and Administrative Assistant to support our team in Brooksville, FL. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of. The role involves handling a variety of tasks related to communications, scheduling, documentation, and office management, while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems for records and documents.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients or vendors as necessary.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and assist with basic HR functions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with office management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
