Aberdeen, South Dakota. This role offers the chance to be a key part of a team dedicated to serving communities and supporting educational outreach across the region.

Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Extension Regional Center and its 4-12 staff members. Manage day-to-day office operations while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining databases and fiscal records, tracking program account expenditures and incoming fees, applying appropriate fiscal codes, verifying invoices and requisitions, and preparing vouchers as needed.
