Administrative Assistant in
Brisbane, CA. As an
Administrative Assistant you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and taking messages when necessary.
- Receive and manage incoming packages from carriers such as FedEx and Amazon, ensuring they are logged and distributed appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Work independently while also following directions and collaborating with team members.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
- Other duties as assigned
This is a 4 8-week
Full-Time Opportunity.
The Ideal candidate will have: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Friendly demeanor and a professional attitude.
Pay: $23.00 Per Hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
