We have excellent opportunities for an Administrative Assistant to join our amazing environment with an opportunity for continuous growth and development, please read below.Summary: Provides assistance and support to the General Manager (GM) with the daily operations of the Homeowner's Association in accordance with Board policies. Work involves regular contact with Boards of Directors, Committee Members, Residents, and Corporate Staff.

Requirements
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with community site visits for compliance inspection
- Maintain accurate records of inspections made and work with homeowners to resolve issues
- Assist residents with compliance and RIG questions
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Design Review Coordinator and act as a liaison between homeowners and Design Review Board.
- Coordinate design review administration
- Assist members with the Design Review Request process
- Scanning and organization of documents.
- Practices and adheres to Keystone's Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
- Any additional job duties as required by supervisor.
Qualification Requirements: - Must possess valid Driver's License and maintain clean MVR.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Obtain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in English.
Education and/or Experience: - 2 to 3 years minimum experience in an administrative assistant or related role
- Experience in HOA industry a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
