Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We are seeking a proactive and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a growing team in Boulder, CO. This is a close-knit, intellectually driven team, and you'll be a key contributor to keeping the office running smoothly including supporting the CEO and Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently and with attention to priorities.
- Email Communication: Monitor and draft professional email correspondence on behalf of the CEO; ensure timely and appropriate follow-up with internal and external contacts.
- Office Support: Assist the Office Manager with general office duties, including coordinating daily team lunches and ensuring shared spaces are maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as a helpful, engaged team member-ready to jump in and assist wherever needed, especially during quiet periods.

What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree (or higher) required
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
