We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to support management and assist visitors with various office tasks. Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries related to the organization.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for managers.
  • Perform a variety of general clerical and administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintain computer systems, fax machines, and photocopy machines in good working condition.
  • Monitor office supplies, track inventory, and request items as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Follow up with clients as necessary and communicate information regarding services or appointments.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise, organize, and maintain files and databases confidentially and securely.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Staff Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
  • Proficiency in the operation of standard office equipment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • A passion for physical and mental fitness, wellness, and recovery, and a commitment to supporting a health-focused environment.
  • Good problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
