We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the
aviation industry. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has strong computer and clerical skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous office or administrative experience looking to grow within a stable and reputable company.
Location: Boca Raton, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday Full-Time - 8am-5pm Pay: $16 - $19 Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with preparing reports and data summaries as needed
- Perform general clerical tasks, including scanning, copying, and emailing documents
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners in both English and Spanish
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications: - Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in data entry, office support, or clerical roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
