Local company in need of an Administrative Assistant. We are a Fortune 500 company
looking to expand in our environmental division. Great pay with health, dental and
401k after 60 days.
Job Description:
Administrative duties would include but not limited to: data entry, filing, phone
work, bi-weekly and monthly reports, directly assisting the office management team
when required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Administrative Assistance
Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and some accounting experience
Great communications skills
Outstanding organization and data entry skills
Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
Customer service experience is a plus
