Administrative Assistant to join the team to play a key role in office administration, client satisfaction, and investor support. Salary/Hourly Rate: $26/hr - $34/hr Position Overview: As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and effective time management for the CEO. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Working in partnership with all departmental heads in the Boca Raton, FL offices to carry out administrative duties.
- Scheduling meetings and document creation (letters, agendas, memos, reports, and emails).
- Meeting support and coordination; assist other managers with general administrative duties.
- Scanning documents, making copies, opening/sorting mail, and shipping/receiving packages.
- Special administrative/clerical tasks & projects and duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in an Administrative capacity (Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or Office Manager).
- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office Suite and other communications tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Docs, Slack, WebEx, etc.).
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Salesforce experience and tech-savvy with proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (4 years) is required.
