Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with various administrative tasks to support team productivity.
Responsibilities - Manage daily office activities and maintain organized records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in filing, data entry, and document management
- Provide support to various departments as needed
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment
QualificationsQualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
