Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare bid packages and qualification documents
- Prepare subcontracts and other documents
- Write narratives for prequalification and bid packages
- Assist with obtaining quotes for bids from suppliers / subcontractors
- Answer and route phone calls
- Print and distribute plans and specifications
- Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Experience in project management software is a plus
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
