Job DetailsQUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in construction, real estate development, or a related industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Technologically savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Construction Department.
- Track and update project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Prepare and maintain construction documents, contracts, and vendor records.
- Assist with RFPs, bid submissions, and contractor evaluations.
