Job Title: Part-Time Admin
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Admin to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can assist with various accounting activities and office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all accounting activities, including accounts payable, timecard entry, project file maintenance, employee records, and benefit maintenance.
- Secure approval for job-related invoices and enter, scan, and code all invoices through QuickBooks.
- Gather timecards and enter information into QuickBooks.
- Enter HR notes and paid time off in QuickBooks and process time off requests.
- Manage applications and new hire packets, and communicate with employees to maintain current addresses and withholding.
- Type customer quotes and distribute them via email, scan, or mail.
- Perform miscellaneous office tasks, such as copying, scanning, answering phones, filing, and organizing blueprints.
Essential Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping,.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Beneficial knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with accounts payable experience preferred.
Work Environment
The role requires approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexible working hours. The position is 100% onsite.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
