Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Working Hours: Onsite, Monday to Friday
Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize schedules and appointments for branches
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls (avg 40 calls per day)
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3 years experience in a corporate office setting
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
