Administrative Assistant - Full-Time

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for all administrative needs across the region.
  • Manage virtual mail and supply orders, coordinate delivery and distribution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of office spaces.
  • Assist with creating reports, presentations, and project support for leasing and property management teams.
  • Compile and maintain informational binders, documentation, and reports.
  • Enter invoices into Payscan/Yardi systems.
  • Assisting in the move-in/move-out process
  • Tracking of work orders.
  • Maintaining and tracking certificates of insurance from tenants and vendors.
  • Assisting the Sr. PM on all other property administrative-related tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
What You Bring:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent judgment and a resourceful, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Concur, Payscan, and Yardi preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A dependable, motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
