Our client is seeking an experienced
Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for daily operations and cross-functional coordination. This role handles vendor payments and invoicing, manages office supplies and vendor relationships, schedules meetings and plans firm-wide events, and maintains accurate records in the CRM system. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing and fundraising efforts, assisting with website updates, participating in quarterly meetings, and directing phone inquiries to ensure smooth communication across the organization.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
