Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Operations
Reports To: Executive Assistant
Location: Austin, TX in Office
Business Unit Description: Driven by Enovis' desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: - The Administrative Assistant for Operations will play an essential role in supporting our Operations team by ensuring smooth operations across various departments. This is an exciting in-office opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact as part of an administrative team. In this role, communication is key. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing calendars and travel, taking meeting notes, preparing invoices and expenses, employee onboarding, and executing companywide events.
Key Responsibilities: - Book/Manage travel for VP of Operations and team managers & directors
- Manage calendars
- Process expense reports
- Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, food orders
- Take meeting minutes and manage action items
- Maintain office supplies including items for the break areas
- Process invoices and assist with product orders
- Manage events and lead the Events Committee
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees

Minimum Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience processing expense reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to commute to the office Monday - Friday for a full working day
- Flexibility to support weekend and offsite events
Travel Requirements: Desired Characteristics: - Administrative support experience
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Proficiency in Concur and
