Non-profit trade association seeks Full time Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a small staff looking for a bright, energetic individual to provide excellent customer service to our members as well as pitch in on many diverse projects.
- Full time (35-40hr/week) M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm

General duties include: Answering phones, communicating with our members, database maintenance, event registration, providing support for online education courses, maintaining and updating reports in Excel, organizing and scheduling regular mail-outs and providing general clerical support to staff.

Qualifications
Spanish speaking is required for this position. Intermediate computer skills with Windows-based software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must. Two years of executive assistant experience or similar preferred. Membership or association experience, CRM/database experience, and phone experience is helpful in this position.
- Small amount of in-state travel possible
