This position is for an Administrative Assistant in King of Prussia, PA or Aurora, CO. You will be providing top tier back-office support for our organization and all of amazing people that support it. You will also be organizing and maintaining our facility to the highest standard to support our team and our customers. This position has some flexibility in schedule but will be required to maintain an office presence four days per week.

Salary Information The annual salary range for this role is
$57,000 - $97,000; however, Stratagem considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Requirements Our ideal candidate is an established Administrative Assistant who is passionate about taking care of people. This candidate will help keep our team informed, maintain morale, and ensure the office space is well supplied and cared for.
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with general HR Support which includes onboarding new employees into our HRIS system, submitting background checks, contacting candidates, I-9 verifications, scheduling orientations, updating our employee navigation site, and deboarding
- Sending out company-wide communications to provide our team with updates/information
- Event planning and informing team of events (happy hour, food trucks, social gatherings, etc.)
- Assisting C-Suite leadership, Vice Presidents, and Functional Managers with special projects/questions
- Submit expense reports
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
- General office management tasks
- Providing general support to visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate, and place orders.
- Pick up general office supplies and restock them when needed
- Distributing incoming mail and other materials
- Assist with ensuring operation of equipment, facilities repairs, and building management communications
Required Skills - Must be friendly and have a service-oriented personality
- Must be familiar with typical MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint) and able to create and edit chart packages
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Desired Skills (bonus points)
- Familiarity with UKG HRIS system
