Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute all administrative office operations and activities
- Prepare and maintain lease documents
- Manage office maintenance and support systems
- Put together marketing materials
- Make arrangements for needed facilities, furniture, catering, meetings and presentations
- Help plan office events and functions
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete tasks and projects quickly and with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
