Staff My Network, LLC provides support to several companies. This position reports to the CEO of a newly formed company, MedCare Recovery.
About the Role: The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. This position is responsible for setting appointments, following up with clients, conducting research, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements, which are essential for maintaining productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring that all clerical tasks are executed with precision and attention to detail. By effectively managing records and communications, the Administrative Assistant will contribute to the success of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Organize and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve issues, challenges, roadblocks, and complaints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with internal and external customers.
- Self starter and willing to learn
- Ability to operate in a fast, changing organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- B.S. Business Administration, or similar curriculum.
- High school diploma considered with extensive experience.
This is an in office position, Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday), from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
We are located at 2970 Brandywine Road, Chamblee, GA., 30341, Suite 100.
