We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in collaboration with our Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- General project support and other clerical duties as needed
- Assist with contract management
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Document submission
- Data entry
- Assist with billing management
- Vendor/client/owner/partner outreach via telephone
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Any previous experience with a construction company (preferred)
