Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location(s): Alpharetta, GA

Description:

Assist Agency Team Leads within the Zone in an admin capacity in completion of their supervisory duties tinclude, but not limited to:
  • Follow up with agents and Gmanagement teams thelp timely close supervisory interview deficiencies and end of year compliance requirements
  • Update agent and management supervisory files, including following up with agents and management tobtain documents missing from files
  • Track seminars completed in the Gand log relevant seminar documents on Gseminar log
  • Track signatures received on supervisory interviews and follow up with agents, management, and Agency Standards team tmake sure all required signatures are obtained within 30 days of the interview's completion date
Required:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a relevant role (in an office/admin setting or in the financial services industry)
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability tpass a background check (candidate will be fingerprinted and become an Associated Person with Client)
  • Willingness tbe on site in the Zone Office in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office systems, including at a minimum Outlook, Word, & Excel
  • Experience with a data management system or CRM, such as Sales Force is required.
Preferred but not required:
  • Background in financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Not required:
  • Securities licenses.
  • Insurance licenses.
  • Advanced college degree or specialized designations.
