Compleat Clean is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. If you're an excellent communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Guide customers through our service offerings, assess their needs, and recommend the best solutions.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the office and service teams, assisting with day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including sales conversations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software (CRM experience is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to shift priorities quickly.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Overtime as needed
