Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or front-desk role is required.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not a requirement

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls, redirecting inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the owner's calendar, including reminders and confirmations.
- Keep common areas and the front office tidy, organized, and inviting for guests and staff.
- Communicate with vendors regarding office needs and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Handle mail flow, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing correspondence.
- Support the CEO and Office Manager with various administrative duties and ongoing projects.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, including document scanning and storage.
- Receive hands-on training in project coordination to support larger company initiatives.
