We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative, marketing, and business tasks to support the smooth running of our company. This position will report to the Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist in marketing tasks, such as creating and sending newsletters, social media posts, and press releases.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Draft business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents/records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience with creating content.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
